Are you looking
for an easy way to raise additional revenue for your scout
reservation or camping program? A way to raise money that
does not cut into your current trading post sales or
requires a great deal of your time and energy? A few years
ago, Raven & Associates, Inc. created just such a program.
We call our “CAMP SHIRT PROGRAM” and it has raised a
significant amount of revenue for those camps that have
chosen to participate in it.

Here is how
the program works: |
- We
work with you to create a 3-4 color custom t-shirt
design for your camp’s current season. Each design
is created so that troops, crews, and packs coming
to camp can personalize the shirts with their
number, city, and state.
- We
then create an order form that can be sent out to
each troop, either as a stand alone mailing or as
part of your Scoutmaster Camp packets.
- The
troops send their order forms directly to Raven &
Associates, Inc. We process the orders, print the
shirts, and ship them directly back to the customer
prior to their departure for camp.
- At the
end of the season, we generate a report of all the
troops that placed orders with us. We then cut your
camp a check for roughly 1/3 of the total t-shirts
sales
